Beauty and the Beast? Well this is both! Mizuno Golf have crafted their MX-560 Driver around a sleeker and all round prettier profile that’s streamlined in such a way to deliver the maximum Moment of Inertia to keep your shots straighter, but without sacrificing ball speed and driving distance unlike other leading forgiveness designs. So it may look elegant, but it drives like a monster while offering extreme distance, extreme and forgiveness in left or right hand with a choice of 9.5°, 10.5° and 12° lofts in a selection of stiff, regular and senior shaft options.

"I love this club (10.5 stiff exsar). Lets begin by dealing with the noise issues raised by many. Is this club loud?, Yes. Does this matter?, No. I have no qualms with the noise generated upon impact, in my opinion it sounds great, like a hammer striking metal, brutal! In an enclosed range this could be an issue, but if you only hit driver in the range your practicing with the wrong club. Get out your 7 iron!
In my opinion this driver is flawless, tee it high and watch it fly. I have gained around 20-25 yards in distance when middled, more importantly my slice has disappeared since I picked this club up. My slice has gone. GONE!
Prior to the Mizuno I was using a 10.5 Cleveland Hi-Bore XL. Though highly regarded the Hi-Bore just didn't inspire confidence when I stepped into the tee box. With the mx-560 it couldn't be more different. My playing partners are now calling me Dr. Steelhammer, partly due to the noise at impact and additionally due to the quality of the resulting shot.
There is nothing better than being happy to step up to the tee.... apart from being in a great position for your second shot. This club has changed my game, it could do the same for you. Just to remind you... forget about this 'noise' rusbbish, who wants a quiet driver anyways!"

"Brilliant! for the price you can't beat it, got a set of mizuno irons recently, with a 3 wood - this driver has made the complete set - its a bit on the big size in terms of cc. but it has improved my game enormously; easy to hit, forgiving, giving me much straighter drives and far few real clangers, plus looks great and has a really good sound."

"Nice driver, square head and easy to align. The stock shaft is quite soft. Recommended a smooth swing, even with a stiff flex. Distance is nice, 10yds than my previous ft3. Nice workability, but not too forgiving.

"I was dubious in purchasing this for £40, thinking you usually get what you pay for. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. For a returner to golf after 20 years away this is pretty forgiving and gives me plenty of distance. £40 very well spent - in fact I'm thinking of buying a second one it's such good value! Delivered in about 4-5 days so pretty good too."

"I used to play with average drivers from Ram and Dynatour and then I bought this Mizuno MX-560 driver and the difference was huge. I used to have slice but with Mizuno I hit 9 out of 10 just in the middle of fairway and I hit much much longer than before, easily 250 yards. Very good purchase!"

"This club is excellent very forgiving and very long, I used it for 6 months and hit some of the best drives of my life. The noise is something that is talked about on all the reviews, indeed when I ordered it from Onlinegolf I wondered what people were moaning about! But the sound it makes is truly awful. People will laugh and frown in equal measure! I would recommend trying it before ordering and honestly measure whether you could put up with it for how long you keep a driver. I regrettably couldn't stand it after a while. But if you think you can ignore it, it could be the best golf purchase you will make!"

"Firstly you have read about some people's comments about the noise this driver makes.The only time its noticable is on the range where you won't need to spend time with this club anyway! On the course its no louder than anything else. Personally I love the noise it makes. Its a clean, crisp sound that is quite unique.
I've had mine for about 5 months and I love it. Straight long and very forgiving. It's so nice walking off the tee knowing that your next shot is going to be played off the fairway and not out of the long grass! If you want my opinion, get one. At this price can you afford not to?"

"Needed a new driver as the one i had was quite small. Was going to go with the Nike Sumo 5900 just from the reviews it gets. Then the day before i got paid i tried the Mizuno MX-560 (9.5 degree...stiff shaft) in a local shop and was blown away by its feel and the confidents it gave me when lining up my shot...not 2 mention the quality and extra yards it gave me!!
Overall im very happy with my purchase, used it around the course about 5 times now and it's been nothing but perfection...bargain!!"

"i just bought an mx560 1st of all man what a good looking club the massive head would give any golfer the confidence he needs to really let it rip the standerd grip tour velvet really does the job and a choice of 3 shafts to suit ur swing and then there is the much debated sound issue I LOVE IT making everyones head turn when u hit a ball is nt a bad thing i would gladly pay the full price for this club more distance and more accuracy a golfers best friend would recomend this club to any golfer"
