"i have been playing Srixon AD-333 balls for a few months, They give very good distance and trajectory from the tee, Also very good feel and control around the greens, very responsive."
"I gave the AD 333 a try after struggling somewhat with my previous Nike One Platinums. When I was hooking it badly, the Platinums were miles off target, especially with the long irons. To prevent this, I wanted to try a ball that would resist my tendency to go far left and still be responsive to shot making and around the greens. These balls helped me to shave off a few strokes per round, when I am not hitting it that well. I probably lost some distance, maybe 10-15 yards or so compared to the Platinums, but on the other hand, I am not that deep in the woods either. Worked for me and I have gone down to 10 from 14."
"When entering the minefiled of golf balls one can get lost in the never ending technical information on a packet of golf balls. In my opinion, having tried so many different balls, this is the best all rounder. If you desperately need to impress your mates by only playing with a pro v1x then I would suggest you get a second job as if you start losing them, you may need to re-mortgage your house to fund your habit. The alternative is to swallow your pride, get a cheaper ball which is great and if you are really concerned with your ball flight on the golf course, get some lessons. I have seen a pro get spin of balls you wouldn't even pick out of the rough!"
"This ball plays as good as any i have come across. The first time i played it i was really suprised as it looks and feels like an expensive ball. yet it costs under £15. It is the BEST all-round ball out at the moment. It is long, soft, good around the greens and on them too. Soft off the putter face, long off the driver, im sure you've got the message now. Its a great ball, and i recommend you try this before your next batch of pro v1s, you might be in for a shock! Alternatives: Wilson Dx2s or Srixon Z-URS but i dont think you need any alternatives with these."
"A great ball, an excellent alternative to Titleists at half the price. I get good distance off the tee although not as much spin as perhaps I would like. I compared the ProV1 and the AD-333 from 80 yards, the Titleist stopped whereas the the Srixon landed and rolled a bit, just as it is meant to although both had a soft feel. If you want it to be more like a ProV1x however then try this one! Brilliant ball!"

Good value

"A decent quality ball at a good price. The only downside for me is that the skin shreds quite easily with wedges, but thaat doesn't seem to overly affect performance. As a high handicapper, paying loads more for a slightly better ball makes no sense."

What A Difference
Date:September 21, 2009
Pros: excellent feel
Cons: perhaps a better player may find more fault.
"I was used to playing with 'Dunlop Loco' golf balls and didn't realise the difference playing with a quality ball would make. These are first class, beautiful soft feel off all clubs and superb control on the green. I am delighted with the purchase."
"Being a mid-hi handicapper, you won’t want to pay £30-40 for golf balls when guaranteed every round you will have a few stray shots where you will end up losing your ball.
This ball is great I’ve played it for over a year now and it’s no let me down, long off the tee, soft around the greens and good control in terms of being able to stop it dead even with the longer irons it does cut up throughout the round if you manage to keep the same one in play but nothing major and at a bargain price of £14.99 you are getting 2 dozen quality golf balls for the price of 1 dozen pro v1's or equivalent high end balls.
yes it is all very well playing with titleist’s but seriously if you consider making the switch if you are a mid/hi handicapper you won’t notice the difference!"

Best available ball for the £
Date:July 30, 2009
Pros: value for money
Cons: none!
"I would rate this ball the best value of all golf balls. OK it's not a PRO V1, but it's less than half the price, but certainly not half the quality. I cannot fault the ball, it is resililiant, true in flight, good distance, spin and feel. Highly recommended."
"These balls are great value for money. Distance is excellent and whilst you don't get a great deal of spin around the greens you get enough. I've been using NXT's for ages and really liked them but given the difference in price I don't see how you can go past these. It's not a case of being tight it's more a case of doing what's right - go buy 'em!"
