Pros: extremely forgiving and easy to hit, unbelieveable quality for the price
"Having looked around for a cost effective way to upgrade my initial budget golf clubs I came across this club. With the rest of the reviews being so favourable and it only costing £20 I thought the 26 degree option would be a great new addition to my bag. When it arrived I took it to the range and as well as looking good it performed excellently. Sweeping shots beautifully off the mat and from the tee I got great distance from it and even on the mishits the results were quite reasonable.
For the cost of the club this is unbelievable and I have now ordered the 17 degree option too.
Excellent work OnlineGolf!"

"Very good club for the money with good shaft and grip. If you have high swing speed it realy works for slow swing speed you don't get the hight but you do get distance."

"Used this club once on the range. Easy to get airborne and distance. Big improvement on my shots with 4 and 5 irons. I have now taken irons out of bag."

Review 8 for Benross V5 Escape Hybrid (Aldila TM70)
"Got the 26 deg 5 iron equiv. Used it for the first time yesterday. I had not tried it out on the range at all. I gave it a blast from the rough. wow...it went approx 180 yards to the side of the green. got down in 2 and par'd the hardest hole on the course!!!
It makes a lovely noise, its very forgiving and so much easier than a 5 iron. I cannot believe it cost only 20 bucks!!!
If your a beginner or high handicapped I would definately recommend this club!! dont waste ur money on expensive makes, Benross is a quality make at good prices!!!!"

A must have for your bag
Date:March 4, 2009
Pros: excellent quality
"I have both the number 2 and 5 clubs and they are excellent. Very forgiving indeed. I don't have a powerful swing, but I'm easliy getting 175 yards from the number 5. Very easy to handle, and a superb price on this club also, makes it one not to miss."

Very pleased

"I purchased this club recently and I have to say it is excellent. When you first pick it up it has a real quality feel, the club is light and well balanced. I chose the 26 degree loft. I'm an average player who doesn't hit long irons consistently so I wanted an alternative for fairways/light rough. I can hit straight and well with this Benross...... I suspect there are more expensive clubs floating about of a lesser quality. For the price (£24) it is a worthy addition to the bag!"

"Ive always been a premium club golfer, but I picked up on of these with a 17 degree lost and I can hit it very long and dead straight! Fantastic value considering the shaft it comes with!!!"
